4 EASY STEPS

Home Visit

Our design team wants to ensure that every piece we recommend fits your lifestyle, space, budget and functional requirements perfectly.


By completing our contact form, we can match you to a designer who will visit your home, measure your space and get to know you through our lifestyle quiz and questionnaire.

Online Curation

Our designers select furniture and décor from the Avenue database which contains the same products found at quality retailers.


You will receive a mood board or inspirational image, floor plan and list of recommended products with a total room price.


Collaboration

You can work with your designer online and in person with up to 3 revisions per project. Our technology enables you to search & select together.


This way we can both make sure the end result turns out exactly as envisioned with fixed budgets and timescales.

Delivery & Installation

We are passionate about what we do and want to help you design and furnish a space you can call home. Our delivery & installation team will help with the following:

  • Assembling & setting up your new furniture
  • Package removal and disposable
  • Damage and insurance claims and returns for full refunds (claims must be made the day

at the day/time of arrival)

  • Exchanges (within 7 days) for a store credit (- shipping costs) on non-custom items
  • Ceiling & Art Installations
  • Painting

We can also help with IKEA purchases and the removal of your old furniture. You will also receive a visit from our design & customer service team who will help

  • Stage your new space with those finishing touches that give your place that designer look and feel (we include up to $250 in FREE décor with all projects for things like accent pillows, vases, candle holders, bookends)
  • Full follow up support if there is anything you need post project completion
